Step ups 50/70/70 w/ dbs at side, I find it too hard to hold the heavy dbs by my shoulders without tweaking my elbows. 

A burner! High HR and grip strength remains a challenge.

Maxed out on all and still my grip strength is a leading factor.

Side lunge press up 20/25/35 it did not go into my back like it usually does on Weighted side lunges. 

Side planks - lots of grunting 

Leg lifts with heavy band - so sore!
