I’m new to working out or haven’t exercised in a long time?
One of the many reasons TriFIT works is 20 minutes is “doable.” The exact words of TriFIT members around the world. 20 minutes they can not only commit to but they can also complete no matter their experience. Included in the extensive video library are tutorial videos. Tutorials teaching progressions for complete beginners or those returning from a break. With new tutorials added to ensure you too feel that sense of accomplishment and strength that every TriFIT member feels after a workout.
Do I need any equipment?
Our beginner workouts are designed using body weight exercises. Some workouts can be enhanced with small hand weights ( 2, 3 or 5lbs weights ) and resistance band but are not needed to complete the workouts.
Our next-level workouts, including the LIFT 20 program, have equipment suggestions as we focus on building muscle and power.
