Day 129 - this was a great one! I used 25lbs throughout. I briefly switched to 20s on the second round of squat pulses and then switched back - it was exhausting but my form was there. A fair amount of breaking on my part. The push ups were a great variation and I found it tough not to stretch after every 1-2. Work to do!
