Day 4 - 20lb kettlebell + 10LB weights. I have never made it fully through a 4 min wall sit, I have to break the quad burn feels so intense. I am in awe that you can hold it the whole time. Maybe needs to be on my bucket list to hit.

Day 166 - fantastic set! 15s for tris, 30/25 for curtsy, 25 for swings. The sweat was pouring. How bittersweet to come to the end of this amazing program! ❤️

Day 164 and Day 165 - hiit box was amazing! So hard and so worth it. 20lbs was tough but I stuck with it on the wall sit. Quads were screaming!! Thank you for the shoutout in core 😀 love that you incorporated that move. Big win for me was getting the double arm triceps push up. I always have had to alternate 🙌🏼

Day 163 - 20 and 25lb kb. I am not sure which burned more… my quads in the burpee flow or my bicep/shoulders in the golf swing!! In the last round of swings you said…it is going to get hard, and that’s ok… it is what kept me going. I kept repeating it as my arms vibrated. 🙌🏼

Day 161 Round 1: 40lb squat; 35lb single DL; 40lb sumo; 35lb curtsey Round 2-4: 50lb squat; 40lb single DL; 40lb sumo; 40lb curtsey I need to work on grip strength so it doesn’t hold me back in upping the weights.
