Question: On the lunges and kick - which glute are we feeling it on when we are lifting that forward leg? Or is it both sides? I really have trouble activating my glutes and all the wrong muscles take over for so many exercises. Lots of work with physio (pre pandemic) and still really really hard for me to get to the glutes. Trying to figure out where I need to feel this so I can try and focus on that spot. Thx.
