Only time for two rounds + tabata

Gorilla rows/deadlifts: 20s, 25s

Sidesteps: no wright, one 10lb weight

Plank rows/downdog pushups: 15s, 20s

WTF Clamshells: 12, 15

Medium band for all, except last two rounds of tabata, had to drop it to finish

Don't have the stretchy bands at home, so used my fabric resistance bands.

November 14, 2025 - Lift Max W1D5 as Day 12 of the Get Stronger Challenge

Worked out at home, so limited weight options.

Sliders; 12 for first round, 20 for other 3 rounds; no band for crunches so held weight behind head instead

November 13, 2025 - LiftMax W1D4 as Day 11 of Get Stringer challenge

3 rounds only

Chest presses: 50lb barbell all 3 rounds

Flys: 15lb hand weights for 2 rounds, 20lb last round (only 2 reps)

Rows: 50lb barbell for all 3 rounds (could have probably gone up in weight but it takes too much time to change out bars)

BONUS: 2 bicep holds of about 30-40 seconds carrying the bar across the gym 💪🏼😆

Deadlifts: 50, 60, 70 bars

Sumo squats: 25KBs, 30KBs, 35KBs

Calf raises: 25KBs, 30KBs, 35KBs

Bridges: 6lb ball for all, 25KB, 30KB, 35KB

Adductors: 6lb ball for all, 1st round knees bent, 2nd & 3rd rounds straight leg to fail

Only time for 3 rounds. It takes too much time moving around the gym to where the various equipment is located 🫤.

Bench stand-ups: 20s/25s/30s (VERY pleased to see the increase in this since last year 😊)

Leg raises: weight still won’t stay on my ankles 🫤; this time used ankle weights (I think they’re 5s) - forgot to add the band 🤦🏻‍♀️

Deadlifts: 20s/25s/30s

Wide squats: 20s/25s/30s (still had trouble holding the 30s for long 😣)

Wall sits: 20/25/30
