Pretty much matched Amy’s weights, except I had a 30KB to use for swings the last 2 rounds.Ā

I DID THE JUMP OUTS! Had to drop to knees to do the pushups, then back up on toes to step in. But I jumped out both arms and legs!!

10s, 10s, 12s, 12s, 15s for table presses

6s, 8s, 10s, 12s, 15s for flies and chest presses

Curties/side kicks: 15, 20, 25; 12lb vest

Swings/squats/curls: 15, 20, 25; 12lb vest

Spidermans/burpees: 35, 35, 45 (wanted to do 40 for second round but couldn’t find one ā˜¹ļø); 12lb vest

Pikes/tables: had to ditch the vest (annoying how it keeps falling down around my ears while inverse 😣)

Triceps dips: 12lb vest 1st round then had to ditch itĀ

Lunges/press: 10KB, 15KB, 20KB (right side 3 reps with fair struggle; left side barley eeked out 2 reps with A LOT of struggle)

Swing/squat/curl: 15KB, 20KB, 25KB

Deadlift/row/swing: 15s, 20s, 25s (had to use hand weights because don’t have 2 KBs - had to cut out the swings with the 25s)

Spidermans: my kryptonite 😩 (did inclined on a bench with no stagger)

KB swings: 35 for allĀ 

Who says you can’t hog all the weights?? lol!

5s, 6s, 7s, 8s - worked out at home, so limited weights, but I felt these were enough to get a good workout; sliders with no weight because I’ve never been able to successfully make weights on sliders work 🫤; didn’t attempt the full roll-up until the very end with 8s and could do them!! I think I needed to be more warmed up to be less scared I would hurt my knees.
