Swing/jumps: 10, 15, 20, failed (lol!)

Plank/rows: 10, 15, 30, 25 (1 rep each side)

8s, 10s, 12s - I also put out the 15s and then looked at them and thought ‘What in the world were you thinking??’ 😂

 Broke on the sumo holds every dang round (even the 8s 😳), went down to 6s for the last round.

Starting on a Tuesday since the gym was closed yesterday for Labor Day.

12lb vest - had to take it off to finish some rounds, but would out it back on and continue! 💪🏼

15lb weights for squats - I knew I’d need them because I read my comment from last time 😆

Curtsy/sweeps & sumo deadlift/rows: 10s, 12s, 15s, 20s

Bicep /tricep: 8s, 10s, 12s, 15s

On that last round, with higher weight, got out 2 reps on each move.

Curtsy/leg-sweeps: Rd 1 - 10s/light band; Rd 2 - 12s/medium band; Rd 3 - 15s/heavy band

Step-ups: Rd 1 - 10s/light band onto bench; Rd 2 - no weight/medium band onto bench; Rd 3 - one 15/heavy band onto BOSU

Donkeys/Fire hydrants: light band, medium band, heavy band (tried using 10s n first round, but I’m wearing shorts instead of pants and the weight kept pinching the skin - ouchie!)
