Step-ups: Rd 1 - 10s/light band onto bench; Rd 2 - no weight/medium band onto bench; Rd 3 - one 15/heavy band onto BOSU
Donkeys/Fire hydrants: light band, medium band, heavy band (tried using 10s n first round, but I’m wearing shorts instead of pants and the weight kept pinching the skin - ouchie!)
