Rounds 1 & 2: 20lb hand weight; medium  for sumos, jacks, high knees

Rounds 3 & 4: 35KB; medium/light band for sumos, jacks, high knees, adding light to skaters round 4

Round 5: dropped all weight, light band for all

June 10, 2026 - Booty Challenge Day 7

Goblet & sumo squats: no weight, 5lbs, 8lbs

No weight for rest; only 3 rounds, then walked a few laps around the track (still taking it mildly easy)

June 9, 2026 - Booty Challenge Day 6 

Had to take a few days off of the booty challenge to allow a small incision from a procedure to heal. Back at it today in loft capacity - 4 rounds at a slower pace; used 5lb hand weight for side plank dips

1st set: 12lb vest, medium fabric band for all

2nd set: 12lb vest, light fabric band for all

3rd set: 12lb vest, light fabric band except for side leg raises/plank jacks

4th set: dropped vest & band, just body weight

June 4, 2026 - Booty Challenge Day 3

Took yesterday as my off day for this because I ran a 5K. Already sore as HELL from just two days of this challenge and the run yesterday. 😩

Today: 12lb vest x2; light band for sumo crunches and jumps x4; sliders for lunges x4

I was DYING after two rounds: had to ditch the vest; the sprinter jumps were killing me; the donkey kicks just were NOT happening today.

Used fabric bands: 1st round medium; 2nd round light; 3rd round no band (some reps in plank for bird-dog) That was really hard on my left wrist.

Side squats/overhead presses: 15s, 12s, 10s

Pushups: I didn’t keep count, but probably close to 50??

Sumo squat 3-down pop-up: 20KB (x3)

Tricep dips: did on bench because too much on my wrists to do it in crab position.

May 27, 2026 - Level Up 4, Day 88

3s for boxing (dropped weights last round of the 4 each set); my legs felt like dead weight by the last boxing round of kicks ☠️

12s for sumos/biscep curls & squats/tricep presses; V-sits / overhead presses 

12s/10s for bear crawls

Again, absolutely nothing left in the tank to be able to go back and redo those first two rounds.
