3rd time doing this one in the last 5 months - I FINALLY had my vest! LOL! Took out one weight segment, so it was 9lb. Took it off for burpees/wall-sits at the end.

3lb weights. Modified for the shoulder taps.

I see that when I did this workout in November, almost 6 months ago, I was failing early on. I made it all the way through today! Had to modify to toe raises a little bit in lieu of jumps, for a short break, but then got back into them. 🦵🏼💪🏼

Skipped this one last week due to work schedule. Came back to it today since I had the day off and plenty of time to go slow and really HIIT it! 

12lb vest throughout; no extra weight with sliders; 20lb weight for swings & ATWs; stepped down to 12lb weight for the lunges
