Deadlift/row/clean/back lunge/shoulder press: 15s for half & 10s for half (added light weight band on last round)
KB swing/push up: 2 20lb KB, all full (no modified, yay!! 👏🏼)
Those skaters at the end had me dying, but pushed through to the very end! HR was JACKED!!
