25lb plate for all; had to do side lunges on the floor, as my right ankle was tweaking again (perhaps because I broke it previously? It was 2009, but guess that could still be a factor.)

February 27, 2026 - Level Up 1, Day 20 (filler week consisting of Saturday cardio workouts I’ve missed over the last month)

Rounds 1/2/3: 15KB, 20KB x2, medium band

Rounds 4: 25KB; heavy band (no time for 5th round)

All rounds: substituted swinging curtsies for slower curtsies, adding alternating regular and hammer bicep curls with 15s
