January 18, 2025 - Back 2 Basics Day 7 HIIT Cardio 7

I don't know how I managed to never do this workout before 🤔. My quads are ON FIRE! Gonna save this one to favorites for sure!

January 17, 2025 - IGNITE 1 (2025)

First time being able to get into the gym this calendar year. First time having access to all the weights. First IGNITE workout of the year. And it’s one of the HARDEST new IGNITE videos. WHEEEEEW!!!

Only 2 sets, and a WEAK second set at that. Broke early. And HARD. Sweat is POURING DOWN MY BACK! 🥵🥵🥵

But that’s okay. Getting back into it. Will get better. And stronger. Let’s GOOOOO!!! 💪🏼
