Chest/back - side pushups/back extensions with band

I was severely breaking in this workout, too. Could barely do any of the “yoga burpees”, maybe one per round and a lot of plank resting between.

A lot of jumping - nowhere near able to do them all that fast and not trip and fall, lol! Also, how do you manage not to slide over sideways doing the wall sit kicks?? Luckily I had a section of wall in the gym with railings on either side I could use to help stabilize and keep myself upright.
