OMG, Imagine Dragonssssss!!! 🐉 ai know EXACTLY when this album came out and I LOVE all the songs on it, especially the angry ones 😆. I rock out to ‘Dull Knives’. Lol!!
Anyway…the workout! 3s for back extensions - should have tried 4s. 12s for the bicep curls. Nowhere near doing those flying Supermans. Was a little disappointed to get to the end and not see a splice-in of you & Pete doing those side-by-side Supermans 🥺😆.

Gotta keep it real - have really come to HATE KB flow days 😖. The callouses from swinging them. The way they smash my wrists and into my shoulder (and ear/face a couple of times 😬😫). I often switch over and use hand weights, but that’s clunky. Just not my favorite 🫤.
