Day 11 - August 26, 2024

Took the last 5 days off while caring for my dad. BIG mistake. I needed to be doing these to take care of MYSELF during this time. Lesson learned....

Burpees still aren't my fave, but able to do them less modified (need to step out and in instead of jumping because of my wrists)

First time through, did the modified moves. This time, all the full range moves! 

Day 3 - August 12th, 2024

Only modified on the crab touches - these workouts put a lot of pressure on my poor, thin, weak little wrists 😬

August 11th, 2024 - Day 2, 2nd time around

I forget just how SWEATY you can get from these short, 10-minute little workouts! 

August 10th 2024 - starting back with HIIT10 per Amy's recommendation. Struggling with some personal issues and insufficient sleep, causing a lack of energy and stamina to stay focused and have effective workouts in the Level Up series. I forget how much PUNCH these little 10-minute workouts have! I will need to remember to work these back into the daily routine even after this little step-down period.
