Curls - 10s, 12s, 15s, 15s (could get 3-4 reps out with the 15s)
Tricep dips - no weight, 25lb plate x3
Squat curls - 12, 15, 20KB, 25KB
Tricep pushups - on floor x2, inclined on bench x2
Dead bug arms - 10s, 12s, 15s, 12s (15s were just a bit too much, strained my back)
