Curls - 10s, 12s, 15s, 15s (could get 3-4 reps out with the 15s)

Tricep dips - no weight, 25lb plate x3

Squat curls - 12, 15, 20KB, 25KB

Tricep pushups - on floor x2, inclined on bench x2

Dead bug arms - 10s, 12s, 15s, 12s (15s were just a bit too much, strained my back)

Heavy band throughout; 8lb medicine ball (in a Hampton Inn in Williamsburg, VA, with a very limited exercise room; luckily brought my bands & sliders)

Presses/skullcrushers - 10s (all 4 rounds)

Rows - 15s /flys - 10s (all 4 rounds)

Plank rows / curls - 10s (all 4 rounds) - putting my weight on my other hand around the weight is too painful, so I stayed on the same side and got 2-3 reps in full plank (only 1 set, then went modified)

SNOW DAY!! ❄️🙌 So, worked out from home.

20lb hand weight for all; added 12lb vest (removed for last couple rounds of skaters/highknees/jacks); medium band 1st & 5th rounds, heavy band 2nd-4th rounds

I'm sweating like CRAZY! 🥵

January 22, 2026 - Level Up 1, Day 4 (unintentionally doing this workout twice within a couple weeks)

Boxing rounds: 3s for 2 sets, 4s for 2 sets

KB swings/squats: 2 sets with 15, 2 sets with 20

Snatch & press/woodchoppers: 15KB

Wall sits: HELD FIRST TWO MINUTES!! 💪🏼 with 10s; 3rd minute dropped to 8s; broke and bowed out for 4th minute 😔😣

Weight progression: 8s, 10s, 12s, 15s, (4 reps on chest presses with 20s on last round); wall sits: 18, 20, 25, 20, 20 (25 was just a bit too much); all with medium fabric band
