Totally failed to preview video or look back at my previous comments - just hit play, lol! So, no vest. 3lb weights, except for the middle boxing round with only kicks.

Dropped the weights on the last round of jacks; transitioning sides for the side-plank-crunches takes too much time and I barely get a couple reps each, so did 1 minute each side the last round, which works much better and I went unit fail 🥵

I still struggle with doing any of those out-and-in moves with the hands on the sliders. I can get down -- just can't get back up! LOL! l

So, now looking back at the two other times I've done this in the last year+, I can REALLY see improvement! I made it all the way through without failing (except for short little "catch my balance and readjust" moments). And that last move with the toe lunges and kick-ups - I didn't lose my balance AT ALL! I can even pause briefly, holding. my leg up in the air (not for too long, but still, woohooo!) Workouts plus tap dance is an absolutely magic combination for increasing core strength and improving balance.

November 30, 2025 - Mobility Day 11 as Day 28 of the Get Stronger Challenge (in lieu of the listed Week 4, Day 7 'Dive Deep Stretch')

It's a little difficult to do these since I don't have the proper bands or sufficient anchor point at home. I used some old PT elastic bands and did the best I could with them.
