August 10th 2024 - starting back with HIIT10 per Amy's recommendation. Struggling with some personal issues and insufficient sleep, causing a lack of energy and stamina to stay focused and have effective workouts in the Level Up series. I forget how much PUNCH these little 10-minute workouts have! I will need to remember to work these back into the daily routine even after this little step-down period.

Another night of poor sleep and low energy ๐Ÿ˜ž. I tried, but kept having to step down on weight or take breaks because of feeling dizzy & lightheaded. ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ

Day 115 - August 7th, 2024

Did not sleep well last night and have very little energy today. Couldnโ€™t get through one round using a 15lb hand weight; had to step down to a 12 (not a fan of KBs as they hit my wrists.) Straight up, quit this workout and walked the track instead. Not my best day โ˜น๏ธ.

No weight, 12s, 15s; working with the band is rather difficult & awkward, since thereโ€™s not an easy place to anchor it, but made do.

Day 110 - August 2, 2024

At home workout, so limited weight options. Tried 20s for the wall side crunches - OOF! Nope, haha! Stuck with 10s throughout.

The only ball I have at home is this old volleyball that my dad painted to look like โ€˜Wilsonโ€™ after we saw Cast Away ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ˜†.

15s for rows/squat presses; 12s/10s for the rest

slept HORRIBLY last night. Fatigued, headache, low energy. But still showed up and hit play!! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Brought out the 10, 15, 20 & 25 KBs. Never touched the 10, and went back for the 30 for swings and drop squats ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ.

My arms feel great!! My wrists, however, are absolutely wrecked ๐Ÿ˜–๐Ÿ˜ซ. 20 KB for dips, 15 hand weight for skull crushers.

1st round - 45 KB all the way

Rounds 2 & 3 - 35 KB, Round 4 - 30 KB, 45 KB for squats/wall sits all 3 rounds ๐Ÿฆต๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Gonna go walk the track for 15-20 minutes

Great timing as Iโ€™m doing the 3-day ice bath challenge with Gary Brecka starting today!

8pm update: walked after workout; drank water with a little salt throughout the day; went for a 30-minute walk after work; 15 minutes of tap dancing to shake out the legs; and did a 4-minute โ€œcoldโ€ plunge. Weโ€™ll see how SUCKY tomorrow is, lol!
