August 10th 2024 - starting back with HIIT10 per Amy's recommendation. Struggling with some personal issues and insufficient sleep, causing a lack of energy and stamina to stay focused and have effective workouts in the Level Up series. I forget how much PUNCH these little 10-minute workouts have! I will need to remember to work these back into the daily routine even after this little step-down period.
Another night of poor sleep and low energy ๐. I tried, but kept having to step down on weight or take breaks because of feeling dizzy & lightheaded. ๐ตโ๐ซ
Did not sleep well last night and have very little energy today. Couldnโt get through one round using a 15lb hand weight; had to step down to a 12 (not a fan of KBs as they hit my wrists.) Straight up, quit this workout and walked the track instead. Not my best day โน๏ธ.
Great timing as Iโm doing the 3-day ice bath challenge with Gary Brecka starting today!
8pm update: walked after workout; drank water with a little salt throughout the day; went for a 30-minute walk after work; 15 minutes of tap dancing to shake out the legs; and did a 4-minute โcoldโ plunge. Weโll see how SUCKY tomorrow is, lol!
