Tried using my weighted vest the first round, but it was too much trying to shift it around. Rounds 2-5 used 15lb weight for Russian twists and 2lb ankle weights. Dropped all weight for last round.
How on EARTH are you able to push up from the elbows to the hands on the double-leg push-out with the sliders??? Once down, I was stuck there, lol!
Can't do any heavy lifting or squats for a few days because of the pellet insertion on Friday. Plus, it's Spring Break week and the gym opens too late to go before work, so it'll be home cardio workouts this week!

Rows/flies: 8s, 10s, 12s (struggled to do a couple reps of the double fly)
Bench jumps: the first round, the very last rep, I smacked the outside of my right knee against the corner of the bench. That hurt like a MFer!!!! 🤬🤬🤬
Again modified the last exercise as inclined pushups on the bench.
Only 3 rounds because my knee started to hurt too much. That’s gonna be a real nice bruise. ☹️
