Presses/skullcrushers - 10s (all 4 rounds)
Rows - 15s /flys - 10s (all 4 rounds)
Plank rows / curls - 10s (all 4 rounds) - putting my weight on my other hand around the weight is too painful, so I stayed on the same side and got 2-3 reps in full plank (only 1 set, then went modified)
