Excellent tip. Thank you Steph! And yes, home fries are really easy and take the same amount of time to cook as frozen fries but the nutritional value is significantly higher.

It's such a quick solution. Even just to snack on. They are still cool and refreshing but not too soft. Packed with protein, fibre makes it another 3X food but easy to add to almost any dish.

I do the same thing. I'm speaking as much to myself as to you. I find when I get get a mantra stuck in my head I can successfully push through by shifting my perspective. At the end of the day discomfort is mostly perspective.

I wish I could love them because they are a super protein. Definitely a 3X food. I'm going to keep trying and se if there is a recipe I fall for.
