another option is to step it out with your arms. Start with small steps out and with more strength you can take bugger steps

i have my tracker on my wall too. To everyone in the group Jen made this tracker for the Level Up series. It really is gratifying to colour in each square as you move through the program.

Hi Julie, the workouts are prerecorded. Unfortuantely I do not have a print out sheet PDF for the workouts. Many members do take the videos to the gym using an iphone or ipad with headphones.
