The intensity of the workouts calls for a deep stretch. We all ignore stretching with how busy our lives are. Sometimes we need to be reminded how good a stretch can feel.

Holds are undervalued as they teach us what gives first when we make the movement dynamic. Great job on a hard workout!

HIIT Box is an instant mood adjuster. Every. Single. Time. I'm 1 year into the Hoka brand now and am sold. My runs feel strong. My feet hurt less. Definitely worth the investment.

I struggle with grip strength too. At some point you need to use wraps because your strength will far out weigh what you can grip. I can send some recommendations for wraps if you want to give it a try
