Level Up 129 Hiit box this morning. Stretching my hammies now! My HR hit high zone 5 today and had to drop the hand-weights for the last boxing round. Whew!

Day 114 Chest - 25s for rounds 1,2,3. 22.5 for 4 and 5 🙌🏼 Explosive push ups feel sluggish and tricep pulses were so tough. Push up work is lacking these days.

Day 4 - 20lb kettlebell + 10LB weights. I have never made it fully through a 4 min wall sit, I have to break the quad burn feels so intense. I am in awe that you can hold it the whole time. Maybe needs to be on my bucket list to hit.
