Day 144: I was scared because my delts hurt so much from the days before but this was a great shake down. Just what I needed. I contemplated a day off from LU to rest my muscles and I am so glad I pushed play.

Day 143: 15lb dbs and 25lb kb. My fingers are aching from holding the weights 🤪 My upper body was really sore from yesterdays workout too!

Day 139 - so good!!! It flew by and was so tough. I love the explosive movements!!

Day 137 - movements felt like pushing through water by the last round. So slow and so hard! 10LB vest + 5lbs all the way through and 2 x 15LBS for the lunges. Small win was not immediately taking a break in boxing if you did. Some mental work there to keep pushing where I could until I truly couldn’t move.

Day 135 - chest. 20s the whole way through. Nice set!!

Day 129 - this was a great one! I used 25lbs throughout. I briefly switched to 20s on the second round of squat pulses and then switched back - it was exhausting but my form was there. A fair amount of breaking on my part. The push ups were a great variation and I found it tough not to stretch after every 1-2. Work to do!

Day 127 - on the last round realized I could have worn my 10LB vest to bring the weight up to 50lbs. Next time! 20s throughout.

Day 116 - 25lb kb, 20s for curl/press and row/fly, 15s for side plank - should have tried 20s! If I can get some 25lb dbs I will be trying so many things with them - flys, shoulder press, curls, rows. I am going to work on my mindset on the core days. On days with forward/backward pull plank or jack knife plank days I really struggle!
