Day 28. 25 throughout but 2 rounds 29s and 2 rounds 15a for double swings

HIIT box 24 added 20lb for SLD and squats. Opted to do lunges and 1-2-3 for last round to make it a full leg burn instead of core (and used 20lb)

Day 31 - 20 throughout but switch to 15 for the plank one becasue I couldn’t balance with 20 (but got 2 rounds with 20)
