Day 29 - 25lb plate (I don’t remember what unused last time but I didn’t have a 25lb plate !) I also did an extra round… cuz it’s Saturday and I’m feeling a little extra today 😋)

Day 22 - 15,15,20,20 In that video we went 10,12,15,20 and on the lunges we stuck with 15! That’s massive growth!
