Day 130. Alternated 5s and 3s. I lost sound at the beginning of the jacks/lunges set, not sure if it was on my end or not

Day 123 - 10s and 15s no way I could do 20s on the kick throughs I didn’t have enough balance this morning. The shoulder raises were hard because of Kb workout yesterday!
