Day 109 - almost made the whole set with 5lb for boxing! Used 20s and 15s (and it was incredibly hard, but I pushed!)

Day 107 - 15lb dbs (month 4 has gone way to fast… I must be enjoying the extra lifting)

Day 106 / started with 2x 20lb db. Did round 1. After switch to 15lb db for split squats. Stuck with 2x20lb for squat and wall sit though. Should try 2x 25lb next time.

Day 104 / tough, but worth it. I felt much the same as you. This week my body and mind have not been effectively working together

Day 102 - 5lb for boxing (I actually made it through the whole set without dropping to 3s!) and 20lb for kb. I love the hiit box kettle bell combo!

Day 101 - wasn’t sure at first. After I made some modifications for exercise 2 the flow was really good. My IT band does not like exercise 2 so I did do sumo squat to side lunge but not sitting all the way down. 15 throughout
