Day 88 - sorry Amy I didn’t have time to go back and do the first 2 rounds a 2nd time. But I did go up to 15lb from my usual 10lb! Heart rate hit 181 on that workout!

Day 86 6lb vest and 10lb Db sorry, I did back to backs 😬. Only Monday do I do back to back level up.. promise

Day 85 (I used my 6lb vest 😬 I had it on before you noted not to… ) can’t wait to do that one with weight. But pistol squats are difficult, I can’t get very low yet
