Day 71 - pistol squats are incredibly hard! I’ve never tried to do them before. Definitely need to come back and keep improving them

Day 69 - 10lb throughout and 20 for dead lifts. Amy.. that is one of, if not THE BEST full bodies in the library! Loved it! 20s for the deadlift in this specific workout was a stretch for me. So that’s a huge win!

Day 68 - 10lbs. You said your calorie count wasn’t high. But I still hit 178 calories, which is pretty good! Core has been sore all week!
