Day 64 - 6lb vest and 10lb. Great set! Iā€™m going to take coaches advise and stick to just 1 set today after being sick (even though my ego came into this workout thinking I could hit play twice today šŸ˜Š)

Day 62 - 3 and 10lb weights. GREAT full body, loved it, would love to see more of this format! HR up to 173 and 273 calories!
