I try to incorporate core into many of the workouts because it is an area most of us need to strengthen in order to get more out of our workouts. Glad you enjoyed it!

Day 15 dbl my weights 15/20/25/30lb dumbbells each round. Oh my peach!

Within 4 mins you are grateful for HIITing play when it comes to HIIT Box. The endorphin pump, the sweat and getting to punch out the stress. So excited to see how you feel at the end of the challenge
