Let's hear that roll call ... and I know, there was a LOT of lunges and curtsy squats today and yesterday. I promise it's all for a good reason. Plus, tomorrow is a rest day.🥰

Day 1 done ✅ excellent job ladies. I squeezed my set in while dinner was cooking in the stove. I opted for med I'm fabric bands and 12lb dumbbell for the kicks and fire hydrant. Band and 5lbs for the bird dogs. 

Why did I program soooooo much wrist work 🙄
