10KB - got through 3 rounds, then walked the track for 15 minutes. Those low moves with rotating the feet are just too much for my knees and ankles. 😕
I did MUCH better this time through! Did all four rounds. Modified all rounds of the pushups, but did the explosives on feet (1-3 reps). Only modified supermans the last round. Could not do that last move (yoga burpees??)
For flies/deadbugs/arm extensions: 8s, 10s, 10s, 12s

Swings/drags: 35KB/30KB (couldn’t quite drag the 35 on this rubber gym floor)
Golf swings/ATWs: 25KB x3, 20KB x1
Russian twists/sit & presses: 15KB (1 round with 20, but could barely do it)
