Day 132 - Needed some extra rest after these three weeks, so didn’t do this workout this weekend. I walked. I stretched. I painted my living room. I also drove to Asheville and back both days. Rest was sorely needed 😴.
Shoulders were DYING doing the 20s & had to really slow down and decrease reps. I did full pushups, but not very many. My wrists are so thin and weak 😣. I would get 1, almost 2, in before I would have to modify to knees.
