Day 123 - September 12, 2024
I LOVE HIIT BOX!!! This one was certainly an extra challenge. 8s for the wall sit shoulder presses; 10s - then tried and was able to do 15s - for the table kick-throughs. And I DID THE DONKEY KICKS AND KNEE SLAPS!!! I only lasted two rounds, modified one round, and then was done. Felt like I was gonna throw up 🤢.

Started with a 25lb ball, because it’s the only “red ball” in the gym. Realized that that was not a good choice and switched to a 10lb ball, lol! 😂
GREAT core workout!! Was able to hold myself up in the full side plank!!! 👏🏼👏🏼
