8pm update: walked after workout; drank water with a little salt throughout the day; went for a 30-minute walk after work; 15 minutes of tap dancing to shake out the legs; and did a 4-minute “cold” plunge. We’ll see how SUCKY tomorrow is, lol!
Day 101 was too much for me, so I went back to LU3 to do this KB flow I missed last month.
KBs are NOT my favorite. The KB hits my wrist, shoulder, side of my head … I have to use my other hand to stop it to keep it from hurting me.
For kickouts, have to go extra slow and careful due to weakness in my right ankle from breaking it 15 years ago. If I move too fast, I get a twinge in it that scares me 🫣.
20s first two sets (25s first couple reps because someone had re-racked them in the wrong order and I didn’t notice right away): 15s third set, barely made it through the last set with 12s 🥵.
Spent, but LOVED it! Feeling the gains in LU4!!! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
At-home workout day--5s for boxing (had the 3s out, didn't even touch them); 10s & 20s for legs - and yes, my shoulders and hands were SCREAMING and CRYING. Came so close to vomiting on the jumps at the end. Literally collapsed on my couch and couldn't move for several minutes. 😭

Rounds 2 & 3 - 35 KB, Round 4 - 30 KB, 45 KB for squats/wall sits all 3 rounds 🦵🏼💪🏼
