November 26, 2025 - Level Up Day 3 as Day 24 of the Get Stronger Challenge
Worked out at home and don’t have kettlebells, so used a 20lb hand weight for the first 3 rounds (all rounds for double swings/squats), then got creative and strapped two 2lb ankle weights around the end of a 12lb hand weight for the last 2 rounds.

November 27, 2025 - Level Up Day 4 (HIIT BOX) as Day 25 of the Get Stronger Challenge
3s/4s for boxing rounds; 20lb hand weight for KB swings/squats & woodchoppers; 12lb hand weight for snatch & presses; 5lb hand weights for wall sit/shoulders; 12lb weights for biceps curls (full disclosure, I had to come out of wall sit to do bicep curls after round 2 😬)
