November 27, 2025 - Level Up Day 4 (HIIT BOX) as Day 25 of the Get Stronger Challenge

3s/4s for boxing rounds; 20lb hand weight for KB swings/squats & woodchoppers; 12lb hand weight for snatch & presses; 5lb hand weights for wall sit/shoulders; 12lb weights for biceps curls (full disclosure, I had to come out of wall sit to do bicep curls after round 2 😬)

November 26, 2025 - Level Up Day 3 as Day 24 of the Get Stronger Challenge

Worked out at home and don’t have kettlebells, so used a 20lb hand weight for the first 3 rounds (all rounds for double swings/squats), then got creative and strapped two 2lb ankle weights around the end of a 12lb hand weight for the last 2 rounds.

November 24, 2025 - Level Up Day 1 as Day 22 of the Get Stronger Challenge

Squats: 10, 15, 20, 25, 30; meant to start with 15, but it worked out because I added the heavy fabric band

Deadlifts: 15, 20, 25, 30, 35

Removed band for last two rounds of donkey kicks.

An additional note: has it REALLY been over a year and a half since I first did Level Up?!? Will need to redo the whole program next year…

November 22, 2025 - HIIT Cardio as Day 20 of the Get Stronger Challenge

1st round: 15KB, light band

2nd & 3rd rounds: 20KB & medium band

4th & 5th rounds: 25KB & heavy band

EXCEPTION: couldn’t master the mechanics of swinging a KB for the curtsies, so switched it out for gander outs and did bicep curls: 5s, 6s, 7s, 8s, 9s

I was so dang sweaty my hands were really slipping on the mat for the last two moves of each round. 🥵🥵🥵

November 22, 2025 - IGNITE as Day 19 of the Get Stronger Challenge

Step forward/backward lunges; squats/upright rows; pushups (didn't do plank drags); bridge/lat raises - 12s first round, 8s second round (only time for 2 rounds; worked out at home, so no 10s)

Curtsies/side lunges/skaters: 8s & 10s

Sumos: 10s

Skaters: no weight, one 10lb, both 10lbs for 2 rounds
