5s, 6s, 7s, 8s - worked out at home, so limited weights, but I felt these were enough to get a good workout; sliders with no weight because Iāve never been able to successfully make weights on sliders work š«¤; didnāt attempt the full roll-up until the very end with 8s and could do them!! I think I needed to be more warmed up to be less scared I would hurt my knees.
