KB deadlift/rows: 10, 15, 20

Deadlift swings & squat/presses: 10s, 12s, 15s

Look at that progress from almost 2 years ago! (11/22/23 did 3s, 4s, 5s and could squeak out a couple reps with 6s)

Full plank with right wrist support, modified with left wrist support; modified T-pushups all 3 rounds

Well, guess I’m doomed not to finish this workout 🫤. Another day that I’m tired and had no gas, gave up 10 minutes in. Did 15 minutes of yoga & stretching instead. Maybe the third time will be the charm, haha!
