March 14, 2025 - IGNITE 21

Half moons: 8s, 6s, 5s

Reverse flies/rows: 8s, 10s, 8s (the 10s were somewhat doable, but really pushing it and started to hurt my lower back, so stepped back down)

Tricep pushups: all modified

Bird dogs: 5s for one round; 2nd & 3rd rounds substituted bicep curls with 10s then 12s; just felt I needed to offset the triceps

Then we got to tabata and realized that was a mistake 😂. I crapped out of tabata after round 6 🤦‍♀️. But still a phenomenal workout and I feel great!

March 13, 2025 - IGNITE 21

I also used a 25KB for all of the leg exercises. It was empowering to know I could do the same weight as the trainer!! 💪🏼 Lol! I may have actually been able to do 30KB, but I don’t what to push it, with everything being single leg (split lunges, dips, deadlifts).  Perhaps next time around…

ATWs: 25KB

Tie touches: 8s, 10s

Twists: 20KB

March 8, 2025 - IGNITE 19

Curtsies/platters & side lunges/90-degree shoulder raises: 5lb weights (added light weight band on last round)

Deadlift/row/clean/back lunge/shoulder press: 15s for half & 10s for half  (added light weight band on last round)

KB swing/push up: 2 20lb KB, all full (no modified, yay!! 👏🏼) 

Those skaters at the end had me dying, but pushed through to the very end! HR was JACKED!!
