Tabata was KILLER! Did some of my best, fastest jacks & highest high knees I could do!

Side squat shuffles: light band & 5lb weights; medium band no weights; light band no weights

Plank rows/down-dog pushups: 10lb weights, light band

WTF clam shell: 8lb weight, light band

Pseudo-Turkish get-ups: tried 10 & 8 - too much; ended up doing them with no weight

Tricep dips/toe touches: toe touches are a no-go; did modified on a bench, kicking up leg and dipping

Golf swings/RTWs: 15/20KB

Sit & twists: 10/15KB

Medium band for booty - ouchie! Haha!

5, 4, 3, 1, no weight for the arm raises / jacks

4/3 for crunches-punches / corkscrews

YES!! to mentally challenging the brain as we get older! That’s why tap dancing is so great! 😀

Side lunges: 25, 25/20, 20 KB

Turkish getups: 10lb weight

Deadbugs: 10s/8s

About the same weight or stepped down a little, but did all 3 rounds this time.

Wood choppers: 15 x3

Jacks: no weight, 1s, 3s (x4), 1s, no weight

Holy crap! This is gonna HURT!

I have to remember to go back through this whole series next winter, as I can do them from home and they're a FANTASTIC workout to get the day started!
