Round 3 - 45lb KB (easier on my hands)

I need to get a vest.

Not feeling the energy or motivation for this one today. Anything that requires putting weight on my wrists is extra difficult. I showed up, but it was half-hearted and didn't do the full workout. 🫤

Still away from home, so had to make do with 8lb weights. Still dripping in sweat and stayed pretty consistently in Zone 4 HR 🥵

Away from home, so heaviest weights available were 8s, so couldn't quite "level up" on the squats & deadlifts, but ended up having to go down on the other moves. Holy damn, this one was KILLER!!!
