GREAT core workout!! I have the benefit of using the gym’s equipment, so have a range of medicine balls. Used 10/10/10/12/12 (tried 14 but that was a bit too much 😣.)
The energy, the encouragement, the enthusiasm, the….”Eeeeeeek I did it!!” (The 4 “E’s” of exercise 😆🤭)
I did ONE Superman fly from workout bench height, hands about 3 inches off the bench 😂. But I’ll take the win! For the rest, moved to a chest-height wall ledge. Bosu ball for the step-ups.
5lb weights on sliders. Chest was wrecked, so switched to bicep curls & tricep dips the last two rounds. Used TRX for pull-ups - HOT DAMN, could barely pull off the ground by last round 😂.
About 2/3 through I said, "I'm dying." Then Amy said, "And now BURPEES!!" And I said, "Ahhh, f**k you!" 🤣 Had to do more step-outs then jump-outs for all of the cardio, but I kept going!

10lb hand weight since no KBs at home. Tough workout! I had to take breaks 🫤.
I'm team HP & LOTR! There's too much "true crime" every time I walk out the door, haha!
