10lb hand weights were certainly enough! But had to go down to 5s for the seated double flys. Also modified the last exercise, because reaching down to the floor and pushing back up to the bench was too much for my wrists. Just did pushups against the bench and the jacks.
This was one of those workouts where it felt really awkward and like I wasn't doing any of the moves right the first round, but got so much better and was able to push out more reps with each round (well, until the last one, lol!) Great workout!!
Did at home using 10lb hand weights. Several modifications on this one - eliminated the child's pose and just did side lunges; held the table on the last round; and yeah...a push-up is rarely the "break", lol! But I did do them full body, not modified on my knees!!! 👏

A day off because I overslept yesterday 😩. 10lb weights throughout (the highest I've got at home)
