Most of these explosive moves are not in my wheelhouse. LOTS of modifying here. 😣. And—gonna be fully honest—sat out the whole 3rd round 😬🫣. Not my favorite workout, but I did what I could.

Had to do from home, so made it work with the 5 & 10 lb weights; small weights for cardio portions
