Very happy this workout required no equipment and I could do it at home. Got heart rate up to 168! Not too bad for before 7am on a Saturday! And world's better from last Saturday, when I spent the whole day sick on the couch 🤧
Still getting over this horrible sinus infection. Lots of sinus pressure and not full strength, so had to keep the weight low. ~ 5s, 5s, 5s, 6s, 4s, *skip
Stayed home sick and rested this morning. Still HIIT play and did this workout in my living room with no weights (and had to take breaks - dang cold!!)
