Day 51 - May 21st, 2024
10lb hand weights were certainly enough! But had to go down to 5s for the seated double flys. Also modified the last exercise, because reaching down to the floor and pushing back up to the bench was too much for my wrists. Just did pushups against the bench and the jacks.
This was one of those workouts where it felt really awkward and like I wasn't doing any of the moves right the first round, but got so much better and was able to push out more reps with each round (well, until the last one, lol!) Great workout!!
Love my makeshift at-home workout bench, haha!

10lb for rows/squats, 20lb for woodchopper/round-the-worlds
Had to take round 4 off to rest, but came back strong for the last 3!
