Got a head/chest cold, crappy sleep last night, at work by 6:30 for a LOOOONG exam day. REALLY wanted to just go home…but I showed up! I needed this 20 minutes of sweat for me! 😓

Tricep dips - no weight, 10, 12, 15

Squat curls - 10, 12, 15, 20kb

Tricep pushups - inclined on bench

Dead bug arms - 6s, 6s, 7s, 8s (8 was pushing it 😬)

The floor in this part of the gym is not slider friendly, so two feet at once doesn’t work well; switched to mountain climbers

Exhausted & emotionally spent. Wanted to go home and crash out. I showed up for the future me that will thank me for pushing through. I forgot my bands and skipped out on round 5. But that’s ok, cuz I still showed up! 🙌🏼
