I like plates for certain exercises because the size and shape work well. You can score plates easily in garage sales, Facebook marketplace or kijiji if you are in the market for some. I find 2 x25 lb plates go a long way.

The best part pdf tracking is when we visit older workouts and can see the gains. Congrats on so many wins in one workout

Excellent tip. Thank you Steph! And yes, home fries are really easy and take the same amount of time to cook as frozen fries but the nutritional value is significantly higher.
