The intensity keeps adding up each phase, the key is to keep asking yourself: "is this my limit or is this where I'm use to stopping." Our bodies and minds are creatures of habit for good and bad. We can impose subconscious limits on ourselves and not even know it. Phase 4 is about unwrapping that to discover how to ask more of ourselves each time we HIIT Play

Focus on no weight and using a wall of chair or table to help guide to a deeper squat. I also finding stretching my hip flexors prior helps too.

The shoulder can easily get overloaded, so stepping down for the second half is a great way to maintain intensity without sacrificing form
